Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy or use DomMCP, a DomMCP report, or a Gameplan call. By buying or using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use them.

Who you're dealing with

PT Just Digital Lindgren, a limited liability company registered in Indonesia (business ID/NIB 2211240055706), trading as Just Digital.

Badung, Bali, Indonesia (full address shown in your browser)

Support: support@getsherlock.io

In these terms, "we" and "us" means PT Just Digital Lindgren, and "you" means the person or business buying or using our products.

1. What we sell

2. You need your own Claude account

DomMCP runs inside Claude, which is made by Anthropic. You need your own Claude account, on a plan that supports connectors, and you pay Anthropic for it separately. DomMCP is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Anthropic. If Anthropic changes or limits Claude in a way that affects DomMCP, we will try to adapt, but we can't guarantee that we can.

3. Your access

After you buy, we send you a personal connection link. Treat it like a password: it is for you or your own business only. Don't share it, resell it or publish it. If we see a link being shared or misused, we may switch it off and issue you a new one, or end access without a refund if the misuse continues.

A trial gives you the number of tool runs stated on the sales page. An access pass lasts for the period stated and doesn't renew. A membership renews every month until you cancel.

4. Prices, payment and tax

Prices are shown on the sales page and at checkout. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe, Creem or Midtrans. Where a provider acts as the seller of record (merchant of record), its name appears at checkout and on your receipt, and its own terms also apply to the payment. Taxes are added where the law requires.

A founding membership price stays the same for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and come back later, the price on offer at that time applies.

5. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a membership at any time. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. What the tools give you

DomMCP reports are produced by AI from the information you provide and from public information. They can contain mistakes, out-of-date information or estimates that turn out wrong. They are marketing suggestions, not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Check anything important before you rely on it. You decide what to do with the output, and those decisions are yours.

Revenue figures in reports, including in the TAM Revenue Projection, are estimates of what might be possible. They are not promises of results.

7. Using the tools fairly

Please don't use DomMCP to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to send spam, or to analyse personal data you aren't allowed to use. Don't try to copy, resell, reverse-engineer or overload the service. We may suspend access if you do.

8. Who owns what

You own the information you put in and the reports you get out, and you can use the reports in your business however you like. We own DomMCP itself: the tools, prompts, methods, software and brand names. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for as long as your access lasts.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep DomMCP running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or retire individual tools. If we end DomMCP entirely, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid access.

10. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

11. Ending these terms

You can stop using our products at any time. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections 6, 8 and 10 continue to apply after access ends.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If something goes wrong, please email us first; most problems are solved quickly that way. If we can't solve it together, the courts of Indonesia have jurisdiction, unless the consumer laws of the country you live in give you the right to bring a claim there.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters for an active membership, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
